With a strong focus on Weights x Pilates, Ophelie’s daily practice and teaching style will offer you a powerful and refreshing way to begin and end each day on retreat

Ophelie’s pilates practice incorporates a dynamic blend of strength training and mobility exercises. With her approach, you'll be able to gain deep muscle strength, mind muscle connection, spicy workouts as well as a mindfulness practice. Ophelie’s teaching caters to beginners and advanced practitioners, ensuring that everyone is challenged enough while enjoying the session

Ophelie is a certified Nutritionist and will guide you to understand overwhelming nutrition topics and find the right information to reach YOUR goals for YOUR body and YOUR lifestyle. Against any restrictive diet, you'll learn how to enjoy your food while nourishing your body the right way that serves your training practice

At Sculpt & Strengthen retreat, we'll make you love your diet by showing you different ways to prepare your favorite foods, discovering new flavors and recipes while matching your calorie needs and goals. We will go through the macro/micronutrients and the concepts of metabolism for you to understand how your body functions and how to reach your goals while training.

Ophelie will lead workshops to decode the crazy amount of information we have about nutrition. She will show you how food is your friend and not your enemy, and that giving your body the right fuel leads to the right results.

Together we will spend time cooking quick, delicious and healthy recipes that you can easily replicate at home. We will also touch on meal prepping, cooking everything together before enjoying the prepared food for dinner. You'll learn the benefits and freedom meal planning can bring into your journey.

We want this retreat to be a lifetime benefit giver, so we will be sending you home with an ebook of all the recipes you made on retreat.
